Automatic brush sanding machine

Well sanded is half coated. Why is sanding so important? Because it significantly increases paint adhesion on planed boards and reliably removes loose fibers on rough-sawn wood. In both cases, this results in a longer service life of the façade and better subsequent maintenance. Automatic lamella sanding machine

Sanding out frame filling by hand, a clean intermediate sanding on the primer - and much more is possible with this machine, which can be flexibly configured to your requirements. Most functions are set fully automatically at the touch of a button. Available for long parts such as strips and boards, or perfectly cut to size for joinery in 1,300 mm width.

Automatic belt sander as a combination

This machine can do it all: cleanly calibrate, brush out profiles and clean perfectly at the end with a horsehair brush and antistatic air. It is made for wooden strips, profiled boards, high-quality wall cladding, paneling and much more. Thanks to its high-quality results, it makes it possible to switch from environmentally hazardous UV primer to water-based products for interior panelling, for example. It is switched on and off via touch-click or program management, and servomotors bring the units into the desired position.
